The 37th Hakuro Sake Brewery Open Day

Join us for the annual Hakuro Sake Brewery Open Day, a once-a-year event where you can take a close look at the traditional sake-brewing process, carefully carried out using time-honored methods.
Enjoy free tastings of special sake-lees amazake (sweet sake) and freshly pressed Junmai nama genshu, straight from the tank.

You can also sample a variety of new sakes brewed this winter through paid tastings.
On the day, we’ll be offering sweets made with sake and sake lees in collaboration with popular local shops, along with food stalls from well-known local favorites.

For your convenience, a shuttle bus will run from Tokoname Station on the day of the event.
