The Kyouei-Gama (Kyouei Kiln) fired ceramic pipes in Tokoname for three eras, from Meiji (1968-1912) to Taisho (1912-1926) and Showa (1926-1989). At this renovated kiln, enjoy a conversation with the owner with a cocktail in hand.
A casual bistro offers special French course meals, such as the famous Pasta de Crab (Swimming crab pasta) Lunch and the Chita Pork Lunch with an addictive texture. The photoworthy homemade desserts are also something to get excited about.
The hearty lunch is packed with tender Chita beef and seasonal vegetables harvested on the Chita Peninsula. The fruity house-made dressing is also delicious.
A restaurant run by an egg farm. The signature dish is of course, the omurice (fluffy omelet filled with fried rice).
